1. The short version
This website uses no advertising cookies, no analytics and no third-party tracking. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not share your browsing with advertisers.
2. What is stored on your device
Your appearance choice. When you switch between Daylight and Evening, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site opens the way you left it. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
That is the only thing an ordinary visit to this website stores.
3. The private admin area
The password-protected area Constanta Estates uses to manage listings sets a session cookie to keep the operator signed in, and a small cookie remembering the admin interface language.
These are set only after signing in. They are never set for a visitor browsing the public website.
4. Third-party services
The interactive map loads its map tiles from MapTiler. Your browser requests those tiles directly, so MapTiler receives the request and its own privacy policy applies to it.
The WhatsApp and Telegram links open those apps or websites. Anything that happens once you are there is governed by their own policies, not by this one.
5. Managing what is stored
You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings at any time. Clearing them resets your appearance choice to the default; nothing else on this website depends on them.
6. Changes to this policy
If we add anything that stores more than this, this page is updated before it goes live, together with the date of the update.
